Underbuild – A power line in which the top three conductors feed into a substation and the next three below, feed out of the substation at a lower voltage. The lines above feeding into the substation typically range from 34,500 volts to 161,000 volts. The lines below feeding out typically range from 2,400 volts to 34,500 volts.
